The Shogun company was founded in 1986 and since then specializes in the development and production of all types of bags, backpacks, travel bags, military bags, drawstring bags ("Nike bag"), side bags, cotton/jute bags, trolleys, luggage, wallets and other leather products, safety products, High visibility clothing such as jackets, luminous vests and storm suits, personal protective equipment and KDM (sales promotion) products.
Shogun products are intended for branding / printing for sales promotion, gifts for customers, distribution at conferences, gifts for employees, holiday decorations, events, bags for recruits and as such they can be printed / branded. Our product can be printed / branded with a desired inscription or logo and most products can be branded in several colors. There are several ways to brand the products: digital printing, silk printing, DTF stickers, tampon printing, embroidery, and embossing. The branding / printing on the products is carried out in a high-quality, professional manner and compliance with the schedules.
We are proud to manage and control the entire design, production and delivery process of our products. Our dedicated team members are responsible for everything, starting with an idea or a sketch, through choosing colors and raw materials, making samples, checking and approving the samples, controlling production, supervising the packaging, including controlling the packaged products and shipping to any point in Israel or the world.
For our staff members, who are bag experts, bags are a great love and focus of interest. Bags, suitcases and wallets - this is our professional world! Our experienced and creative graphic designers design original and unique products, according to our understanding of the market requirements, or according to the customer's requirement. We manufacture most of our products in medium-sized factories in East Asia, most of which are family businesses of bags, luggage or leather goods. At the same time, we make sure to continue producing small, special, or especially urgent orders in local factories in Israel. The good and long-term working relationships we have with the manufacturers guarantee high quality and meeting deadlines. Thanks to many years of experience and our relationship with a variety of factories, we are able to match each case/product to the most suitable factory for production, which guarantees fast and high-quality production, at the lowest possible cost.
Our main raw products are polyester of its types, nylon (cordura), cotton, jute, leather and imitation leather, and other types of fabrics, which are updated according to market and customer requirements. In our textile laboratory, strict tests are conducted of the fabric, zippers, seams and buckles of our products, as well as of the quality of the packaging (cartons, bags) themselves. We consider ourselves responsible for the quality of our bags, wallets, suitcases and other products, and directly supervise all procurement, production, packaging and shipping processes. Raw material tests are carried out before production, thus avoiding the use of damaged raw materials. We believe that avoiding savings, relatively small, during the production phase of the bag, will often pay off - since the use of raw materials that will cause great damage to finished products is avoided. Bags, backpacks, suitcases, and purses are products that work on a daily basis, and it is mandatory to use high-quality, durable, life-extending raw materials in their production, as well as to observe professional and good sewing.
We can provide, upon request, documents that testify to the quality of the raw materials and the proper employment conditions in the factories that produce for us*. The contacts in our office in East Asia regularly visit the various factories, and regularly report on each and every order. At the same time, we are in contact with the customers in Israel, and they are involved in the production stages as necessary.

Performing the branding (printing, digital printing, DTF sticker, embroidery) while still in the production phase, before the product is finished, is professional, cheaper and, from a technical point of view, enables the branding of many more areas than those possible for branding on a finished product - and is therefore highly recommended. On the plus side, branding the products in the production process requires a significantly longer delivery time as well as higher minimum quantities, therefore suitable for relatively large orders and when there is time that allows it.
In parallel with the production of textile products on demand, we import raw materials in commercial quantities, and many public and private bodies purchase raw materials through us, heavy polyester, cordura, nylon, cotton and many accessories.
Shogun has an office in East Asia that is in daily and close contact, over the years, with many factories for the production of bags and a variety of different types of products, through which we obtain a direct and fast connection to the production lines. This relationship guarantees fast, high-quality and reliable production, by those with experience. The firm operates a small laboratory for testing fabrics and a number of other raw materials, to ensure the quality of production.
