ABOUT SHUGON BAGS & LEATHER GOODS LTD
Established in 1986, Shugon is a specialist manufacturer of all types of bags ie rucksacks; drawstring backpacks; tote bags; promotional bags; printed bags; cotton/Jute bags; trolleys; suitcases; as well as a variety of leather goods such as wallets; card holders and notebooks etc, and several other promotional products.
We are happy and proud that we manage and control in-house the whole process of the design, production and delivery of our products from the very first idea or sketch, selecting the colours and the raw materials, producing the samples, controlling the mass production, and finally overseeing the stock and delivery to any location in Europe and the rest of the world.
Our highly creative and experienced product and graphic designers design our original and unique products which can be personalised for you, or produce specific designs according to your requirements. We produce our products in mid-sized, mostly family-run factories in the Far East, which specialise in manufacturing bags, suitcases and leather goods. We have had a good close working relationship with our main suppliers for many years and continue to do so, helping us to guarantee quality and meeting our customers’ deadlines.
The main raw materials used in our products are Polyester variations, tarpaulin, PVC, Nylon (Cordura), Cotton, Jute and Leather. All fabrics and accessories, such as zippers, buckles and webbing, are rigorously tested before being used in our products.
Our factories have good labour ethics and, when required, we can provide in most cases, ethical and environmental certificates for bespoke orders. Accreditation and certifications that we are able to provide for special productions are: REACH Compliance, Oeko-Tex Standard, Wrap Compliance, Fair Labour Association, and Sedex. Please note that these certificates do not apply to our stock products, but if required by our customers we will produce our products in factories with the required certificates.
We have an office in the Far East with loyal, experienced and dedicated employees who visit the factories on a daily basis. We also have a small in-house textile laboratory that allows us to test the fabrics, webbing, accessories and finally the packaging boxes themselves. Our work procedures enable us to develop samples very quickly, control the raw material quality and the mass production with minimum faults and costs. We aim to ensure a good price and quick delivery time for all our customers.

Shugon’s in-house Creative Department is pleased to help you advance your ideas for backpacks, suitcases, briefcases or any textile product - from the drawing-board through to production, delivery and supply. Just give us a sample, image or sketch and let us know the time and budget available, and we will make suggestions, free illustrations and samples based on our vast experience and know-how.
We will gladly customise all our products to your needs – such as producing special production of our sports holdalls to kids’ football clubs, teams’ duffle bags, produce special cosmetics pouches for specific products, customize travel bags to the colours of your logo, design special backpacks for your sales team, cool bags to school pupils or a new laptop bag with your company branding.

Most products are available from stock or as special orders in various colours and materials.
Logos may be printed (screen printing, sublimation …), heat-transferred, embossed or embroidered on all products.
