Canceling a transaction - canceling an order / returning goods


1. The customer will have the right to cancel the transaction (and receive his money back) and return the product purchased on the site, for 14 days from the day of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the details of the transaction, whichever is later, by contacting the company in one of the following ways: to the company store at 19 Shekma St. Azor, zip code 5800191, or by shipping the product to this address.

2. A client who is a person with a disability as defined in the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998-1998 and/or a client who has turned 65 years old and/or a client who is a new immigrant (up to 5 years from the day he was issued an immigrant certificate or an immigrant eligibility certificate ), will be entitled to cancel the transaction and return the product purchased on the site for 4 months from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later, and this on the condition that entering into the transaction included a conversation with the company, including by digital means such as email or sending a message by the customer.
